During construction phase, NEXT-BIM allows the BIM model to be automatically and precisely overlayed on the real environment, without any prior site preparation (no marker placement).
The users on the construction site can thus visualize at any time the virtual twins of the elements to be realized, and thus avoid possible errors or propose improvements. At the end of each execution phase, NEXT-BIM also allows a simple and quick control by immediate comparison between the elements realized and the BIM model.
