During the operation phase of the building, in the same way as during the construction phase, NEXT-BIM allows the BIM model to be automatically and precisely overlayed on the real environment, without any prior site preparation.
The BIM model display in Augmented Reality allows site maintenance technicians to instantly view the entire installation “through walls and ceilings“, with the most common problems to be solved often located in complex technical areas invisible to the eye. They can then make a precise analysis of the situation before triggering the actual intervention. This results in significant time and efficiency savings.
