One of the major ongoing projects is the New Nantes University Hospital (CHU), covering 230,000 m² and spanning five years of construction work. This project requires innovative solutions to ensure fast, precise, and efficient monitoring of the works.

Cegelec Tertiaire adopted NEXT-BIM primarily for reservation inspection. With an impressive volume of 20,000 to 30,000 reservations to verify, the use of NEXT-BIM makes it possible to reduce the number of personnel required while improving the level of precision and quality.
Data processing is centralized in the hands of a single operator, enabling more agile and consistent management of inspections and adjustments.
Beyond reservation tracking, NEXT-BIM will also be used for other use cases, such as visualizing complex areas before equipment installation, as well as compliance checks for the preparation of the As-Built Documentation File (DOE).
The integration of BIM into operational processes represents a real turning point in the digitalization of construction monitoring, strengthening coordination and improving workflow efficiency. This technological adoption enhances team coordination and enables real-time monitoring of reservations.

Inspection of an entire level can be completed in 2 to 3 hours, compared to one full day using traditional methods.
